Returns Information

Online Returns Policy

(Please note: In-store returns policies may differ)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you’re not, we’re happy to offer flexible return options.

 


Standard Online Returns – 30-Day Refund

  • Items purchased online can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or online store credit.

  • Returns after 30 days are eligible for online credit only.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in new, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Worn or damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, taxes, or import duties.

 


Extended Christmas Returns

For orders placed during the festive season:

  • Purchases made from October Bank Holiday Weekend are eligible for return until January 23rd.

  • Refunds will be given if the return is made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returns made after January 23rd will qualify for online store credit.

  • All standard return conditions still apply..

 


Returns on Promotional or Discounted Items

  • If you return part of a multi-buy promotion (e.g. "3 for 2"), your refund will reflect the recalculated price of remaining items.

  • For Buy One, Get One Free offers, any free items must be returned to receive a refund on the paid item.

 


How to Return Your Online Order

  1. Items must be sent via a tracked and signed courier (e.g. DHL, An Post).

  2. Keep your proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  3. Once your return is received and approved, your refund or store credit will be processed within 1–2 working days.

  4. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

 


Underwear, Swimwear & Multipack Returns

For hygiene reasons and to protect product integrity, the following items are subject to strict return conditions:

Non-Returnable Items (Unless Faulty):

  • Underwear (e.g. briefs, boxers)

  • Swimwear

  • Socks (once opened or worn)

These items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, worn, or if any hygiene seals are removed—unless the item is faulty.

 


Multipack Items (e.g. 3-Pack T-Shirts, Sock Packs):

  • Multipacks are non-returnable if opened.

  • To be eligible for return, the full multipack must be unopened, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact—unless the item is faulty.


Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team with photos and your order number. We’ll review and advise on next steps. Faulty items may still be eligible for refund or exchange, even if hygiene-related.
